We all know the feeling of starting some form of fitness plan. I m going to exercise three times a week, have an amazing body with curves/abs to die for. Train with a friend, if possible. Having someone to exercise with is not only for good company but a friend can drag you back into the gym on those days you really don't feel like going and play on that guilty conscious for trying to give up and vice versa.

All of that time spent there means you're bound to get used to it at some point. When going to the gym or exercise becomes a habit it will form part of your daily routine and there will be no need to give it a second thought. All it takes is a little time.

Exercising has tremendous health benefits but staying consistent can be a bit of a hit and miss affair. All it takes a little creativity and patience and sticking to a training regiment, regardless of intensity and fitness level is possible.
